Victoria Foxgh A nanny who admitted fatally injuring a 4-week-old boy under her care has been sentenced to 25 years to life. Victoria Frances Fox, 40, was hired by a couple from Singapore who brought her to San Diego as their surrogate prepared for twin delivery. Fox pleaded guilty last month of killing Phoenix Grove by throwing him onto a bed, squeezing and shaking him while also inflicting other forms of trauma on him in August 2021.
