This film is truly fascinating on many levels, not simply as a horror flick but as a psychological thriller as well. Character development is impressively done and its story can be quite disturbing for young viewers; nonetheless it boasts impressive performances from those portraying Celia.
Her imagination is a powerful force and leads her to create her own mini-revolution and murder act. The film is captivating, particularly the scenes with her friends discussing how they will lynch the person responsible.
The film features an eye-catching artwork cover. The images in it appear very haunting with empty spheres where eyes should be and thin slits for mouths; its gothic colors combine well with decoupaged text, maps, and equations, further heightening its unnerved quality. I would definitely recommend checking it out!
