Fionna is an independent, ambitious, and independent female who does not shy away from going after what she wants. Unfortunately, her behavior often ends up leading her into trouble due to self-destruction. Additionally, Fionna can be quite stubborn and resentful but strives to be the best friend she can.

Fionna was inspired to embark on her adventure when she arrived in Ooo and experienced magic as something natural, making her want to explore its mysteries further and recapture that feeling of wonderment she felt upon entering Ooo. Furthermore, romance and lust became captivating pursuits – evident when Fionna was deeply moved when Simon recounted their romance with Princess Bubblegum.

After reconnecting with her friends, Fionna was pleased to find they were all on good terms despite feeling insecure in her relationship with Prince Gumball, especially when he compliments her beauty like Finn does around Princess Bubblegum. Additionally, she seems to have developed an attraction towards Lord Monochromicorn who serves as Cake’s trusty mount.

Fionna forms an intimate relationship with Cake, who she considers her sister. Housemates and best friends alike, they offer each other support and encouragement while sharing an unbreakable bond. Cake may occasionally lead Fionna down an unwise path – however as she’s such a caring friend this might just be necessary to their growth as individuals. Fionna also bonds closely with Lumpy Space Prince; helping him adjust to normal life while protecting him from his monstrous parents.
