Evatango is an innovative software application that empowers users to document any process in shareable guides known as Tangos, making this documentation much simpler than screen sharing and meetings while helping teams stay focused and overcome work obstacles.
Start capturing processes by clicking the Tango extension icon located at the top-right corner of your browser. A popup will appear with buttons to start or pause capturing processes; once complete, simply click on the green checkmark button to finalize and create your Tango. From here you can edit any aspect of it such as titles, step names and descriptions – paid versions even offer image editors that allow you to blur sensitive information!
The capturing panel provides controls to pause, restart or abandon your Tango recording session. Furthermore, sharing its documentation is possible using the blue Share button located at the upper-right corner of this capturing panel.
Evatango was initially created by a group of volunteers looking for an easy and free tool that would enable their friends and coworkers to collaborate on sharing expertise among themselves. Since its conception, this global community of over 7500 users have come together on topics ranging from software development and web development, music composition, photography and even creating apps together – the goal being fostering relationships where everyone works together, shares knowledge freely among themselves and supports each other in mutually beneficial efforts.
