Bunny Panda is an affectionate, shy and delicate bear from the Bear family who often feels overwhelmed by his overbearing brothers’ presence and finds solace with Ice Bear as the only non-relative member who truly understands him.

Like its name implies, Panda is an avid fan of anime and manga as evidenced by him mentioning “Manga” when browsing “Our Stuff”, taking art classes at community college (Panda’s Art), as well as having to use an inhaler after Lucy kissed him (Lucy’s Brother). Furthermore, his apparent fear of enclosed spaces may explain his need for one in “Lucy’s Brother”.

He appears more romantic than the other Bears, frequently showing this through his affections towards Lucy. In one episode “Panda’s Date”, Panda became so infatuated with Lucy that he locked her away for dinner before holding an inappropriate make-out session at a bar; unfortunately Grizzly eventually won her over more quickly.

Panda, known for his anime and manga fanaticism, also exhibits a negative outlook on life compared to his siblings. He often attempts to bring reality checks home to Grizzly; particularly noticeable during episodes such as “Brother Up” and the spin-off series, We Baby Bears.
